A firewall someone actually watches.

Security appliance makers sell you a box and wish you luck. We deliver the whole thing: business-grade, open-standards firewall hardware installed at your office, hardened by a Security+ certified systems engineer, documented in writing, and monitored month after month. When something looks wrong, a person you know calls you.

Managed firewalls from national providers run $100 to $600 a month per site. Ours start at $49, because one engineer with good automation does not need enterprise overhead.

Why now

The FCC moved in 2026 to restrict new foreign-made consumer routers, naming brands that sit in most small offices today. Existing units keep working for now, but support windows will close. Replacing a consumer router with a hardened, monitored business firewall solves the problem once, properly.

Common questions
Is this the same as the Router Lockdown service?
Router Lockdown hardens the equipment you already own. Managed Secure Network replaces it with business-grade hardware we install and then watch for you. Lockdown customers can upgrade and their fee is credited.
What do you monitor?
Device health, update status, configuration drift and unusual traffic patterns. We will tell you plainly what we can and cannot see; we do not read your email or files.
Do you serve defense suppliers?
Yes. The documentation track was built for shops that answer to primes. See defense subcontractor security.
